Zooming through the Rockies

Written By: Yvonne - Dec• 20•11

Our trip from Edmonton, Alberta to Victoria, BC consisted of a quick stop in Calgary, followed by an incredibly beautiful drive through the mountains, and a ferry ride to Vancouver Island. The snow-covered trees nestled alongside the mountain slopes glistened brightly under the sun’s rays as we zoomed by.  Driving through the mountains is an experience in itself.  There were moments when I felt like I had arrived in the middle of a scene on a Christmas card.  In addition, there were times when I clenched my fists, hoping to arrive at the end of my journey unscathed.  The book Zooming across Canada will contain more information about this part of the trip.

For now, please enjoy the photos we captured along the way to share with you.
